Practical Information

The school is open Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri from 9 am to 4.30 pm and Wednesday from 9 am to noon. There are no classes on Wednesday afternoons; the school closes at noon.

There is also no class the first Wednesday morning of each month. That time is devoted to a meeting for teachers.

The school is made up of four classes each of 12-18 children : 2 1/2 year-olds, 3, 4, and 5 year-olds.

The children are assigned to a class according to their age on Dec. 31.

Children can stay at school for lunch between noon and 1.30 p.m.

School fees for the year 2010/2011

Enrolment fee and set-up charges : 850 euros (payable once during the child’s attendance and non-refundable) These charges cover insurance and medical examinations for the year.
Annual membership of the Association : 95 euros (per family)
Administration fees upon registration: 125 euros
Shows and outings : 45 euros for the year
Annual Tuition fees : 5355 euros ( i.e. 1,785 euros per term) The school fees cover all educative material as well as a morning snack.
There is a reduction of 10% on the tuition fees for the second child in the family enrolled during the same school year, and the enrollment fee is reduced to 425 euros for this child.

Lunch and Supervision Fees

A catering service specializing in meals for young children delivers meals to our school. The meal consists of a starter, a main course, cheese and a dessert. Teachers are in charge of the children during lunchtime. The children can stay for lunch once, twice, three or four times per week.

The cost of the lunch is 11.50 euros per meal, which includes lunch-time supervision. There are approx. 135 meals in the school year.

Payment Schedule

Parents agree to pay all of the fees for the whole school year.

Fees are to be paid by June 1,Dec.1 and March 1. The enrollment and membership fees are to be paid on the day your child is registered.

A deposit of 50% for tuition for the first semester is to be paid upon enrollment. The balance is to be paid by June 1.

Re-Enrollment for the Following School Year is Feb. 1

By this date you must pay a deposit of 50% for tuition fees for the first trimester (September – December). The balance must be paid by June 1.

The school does not have a transportation service.
